Based in Stikland - Cape Town, we have been in existence since 1993 after establishing a need for custom-sized doors, panels, boards and related components for the kitchen and built in cupboard industry of high quality and aesthetics, value for money, with a short lead time. Our company products are sold in all major local markets and even exported to Namibia, Tanzania, Dubai and Jeddah. Based on a needs analysis, we have been in a constant improvement and investment cycle to meet these growing needs.

We have grown from just three employees to over 75 employees, and there has been a huge investment in high tech machinery, which has not only improved productivity but has also ensured top class quality, and lead to an increase in employment opportunities within the organization. Superior Doors involvement in Productivity SA's Workplace Challenge programme has meant that the key elements to sustainable best operating practices and to becoming a world class player have been brought about. This culminated in us achieving three consecutive awards for productivity improvement.
